ODU WSD Seminar, March 18. Norfolk Karate Academy in conjunction with ODU's Women's Center will be hosting a women's self defense seminar on Saturday, March 18, from 12:30-2:30pm. This seminar is free and open to the public. No experience is necessary. Gracie Game Day, March 18. Our third Gracie Game Day of the school year will be on March 18 from 3:00-4:30pm. The traits for this session are manners and caring; be sure to get your points sheets at the front desk and to sign up when you have earned all of your points! If you are eligible to attend, don't forget you get to bring a friend! We hope to see you there. Kids Belt Test, March 31. Our monthly kids belt test will be on Friday, March 31, from 5:45-6:30pm.
