What if I have no experience? Perfect! This seminar is designed for you. |

What ages are allowed to attend? The event is suitable for ages 13 and up (exceptions may be granted with parental permission). We ask that anyone under 18 years of age be accompanied by an adult. |

What if I’m not very physically fit? No problem. Although fun and informative, this seminar will not be strenuous making it suitable for students all ages and physical abilities. |
 |
What should I wear? Comfortable workout attire is all you need. We recommend a t-shirt that covers your shoulders and pants that cover your knees. |

What will I learn? You will learn several simple, highly effective techniques from the Women Empowered program. By the time the seminar is complete, you will understand why the world is falling in love with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and why Women Empowered is the chosen path for so many beginners around the world. |
